Return Policy

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be returned in there original condition with all package contents, and in their original box.  Refunds on returns will be processed quickly and should be completed with in 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product back, and it being inspected.  Items that are returned used or not in their original condition, will be refunded an amount equal to the value given by equipment blowouts for the product.

Backorder Policy

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately. You will be given multiple options to choose from.  You first will be given an ETA of when we expect the item to go off back order, and asked if you wish to wait until the item comes in.  Second you will be offered a store credit, to purchase a different item.  Third you will be offered a full refund.

Shipping Policies

We ship Via UPS ground.  We do offer free UPS ground shipping on all our new and refurbished products.  If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, or request your package be sent thru a different courier, this expense will be passed on to the purchaser.  All products are commonly shipped with in 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed and paid for.

Damaged Goods Policy

If you should receive damaged goods, we will file the needed paperwork with UPS and handle all issues relating to the claim with UPS. After UPS determines the goods are damaged and the product is on the way back to Equipment Blowout, we will ship a replacement unit to the customer.  If the customer has requested an alternate shipping method other  than UPS, Equipment blowouts, can not be responsible for damaged or lost goods.
